摘  要:为识别柴油机构成的多源相关、多通道耦合系统振动源,本文基于信号分析进行其噪声源识别研究。考虑不同激励源同时激励柴油机本体振动,柴油机振动具有基频、谐频构成梳状特征线谱,本文为柴油机多通道耦合振动系统建立广义线性混合模型,并基于自适应滤波提出振动噪声源分析算法。利用提出的自适应广义混合模型算法,通过MISO模型振动源识别数值仿真验证其有效性;基于某V16型高速柴油机振动试验,识别出该柴油机特征线谱,分离出与柴油机本体噪声无关的频谱,实现柴油机振动激励源分析,为柴油机构成的多源相关多通道耦合振动激励源分析提供一种思路。For vibration of a diesel engine that is multi-source correlated and a multi-path coupled system,identification of its noise source is investigated based on vibration signal processing in this paper.In the diesel multi-path coupled vibration system,the generalized linear mixed model(GLMM)was established considering a diesel engine excited by several sources and featuring a comb-like line spectrum that is composed of fundamental and harmonic frequencies.Therewith,an algorithm of vibration noise source identification is presented based on adaptive filter.By employing the adaptive GLMM algorithm proposed in this paper,the numerical simulation of the source identification of MISO mode vibration was carried out to verify the proposed algorithm.Then,by implementing the vibration test of several V16 high-speed diesel engines,its feature line spectrum was yielded,and the feature spectrum that is uncorrelated to the noise of diesel engine was separated,thus realizing the excitation source analysis of diesel engine.This paper yields a new idea for vibration source analysis of diesel engine,which is a multi-source correlated and multi-path coupled system.
