摘 要:针对内燃机中喷雾碰壁产生附壁油膜导致性能下降的问题,本文采用解析方法建立了一维非稳态附壁油膜加热蒸发模型以及多组分燃油组分变化模型,使用6种典型燃料表征实际柴油的特性。计算分析了多组分混合燃料的加热蒸发特性以及组分变化规律。应用该数学模型讨论了环境压力和壁面温度对附壁油膜蒸发特性的影响。结果表明:降低环境压力和提高壁面温度可以有效缩短油膜寿命,并且油膜的蒸发率随着轻组分的大量蒸发先达到峰值后,再逐渐降低。Considering the wall film formation by spray-wall interaction in internal combustion engines,which results in a detrimental effect on the engine performance,one-dimensional unsteady wall film models of heating and evaporation and component change were developed based on a new analytical solution.Six hydrocarbon species were used to model the composition of a typical diesel fuel.Heating and evaporation characteristics of multi-component mixed fuel and composition variation were calculated and analyzed,and the effects of ambient pressure and wall temperature were investigated using the abovementioned model.The results show that fuel film lifespan could be reduced by decreasing ambient temperature and increasing wall temperature.Moreover,the evaporation rate of wall film first increased to the peak with the dramatic evaporation of light components before decreasing gradually.
