摘 要:针对K型搭接节点隐藏焊缝不焊接承载力较低的问题,按主圆支圆、主方支圆2种节点形式设计了6个中空夹层钢管混凝土加强型K型搭接节点,对其进行低周往复加载试验。应用ANSYS软件对试验试件进行模拟,得到了节点的破坏模式、荷载-位移关系、应力分布规律,对节点的承载力、延性、耗能、刚度退化等抗震指标进行分析。结果表明:主管夹层灌混凝土提高了节点刚度、承载力及耗能能力,主管夹层灌普通混凝土和粉煤灰混凝土对节点的加强效果基本相同;未加强节点的应力主要集中在节点域主管表面,破坏模式为主管表面塑性破坏,加强节点的应力主要集中在支管,以支管拉裂破坏为主,主管无明显变形。模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好。Aiming at the problem of low bearing capacity of unstiffened overlapped K-joints without welding hidden weld,six reinforced overlapped K-joints of concrete-filled double-skin steel tube were designed according to two forms,i.e.,the circular chord and circular braces and the square chord and circular braces,and a low-cyclic loading test was carried out.The software ANSYS was applied to simulate the test specimens,and the failure mode,load-displacement relationship,and the stress distribution law of the joints were obtained.The bearing capacity,ductility,energy dissipation,and stiffness degradation of the joints were analyzed.The results show that the stiffness,bearing capacity,and energy dissipation capacity of the joints could be improved by the concrete-filled double skin.In the interlayer,the reinforcement effect of filling with common concrete was basically the same as that of filling with fly ash concrete.The stress of the unreinforced joints was mainly concentrated on the chord surface of the joint intersection area.The failure mode was plastic deformation on the chord surface.The stress on the reinforced joints was mainly concentrated in the brace and led to tensile damage of the braces,while the chord had no significant plastic deformation.The simulation results were in agreement with the test results.
