摘 要:多横栓土锚采用电动机转动带动带有内螺纹的金属块体向径向压土,将金属块体压入钻孔的土中,并通过挤压形成多个栓腔,灌注水泥浆或水泥砂浆固化成锚固体。为了研究多横栓土锚抗拔特性,对其水平方向的位移、承载力、侧摩阻力和荷载传递规律等问题进行了数值模拟分析。研究表明,对于素填土,埋深5.12m、直径150mm、长度5.12m、横栓间距320mm的多横栓土锚,其轴力在横栓处产生突变,横栓分担荷载可以达到总荷载的64%,与相同长度的等截面土锚相比,极限承载力提高55%。The multi-cross-bolt soil anchor adopts the rotation of the motor to drive the metal block with the internal thread to press the soil radially,and the metal block is pressed into the soil of the borehole.Multiple bolt cavities are formed by extrusion,and through pouring cement slurry or cement mortar,and curing,anchors will be completed.In order to study the pull-out resistance characteristics of multi-cross-bolt soil anchors,numerical simulation analysis was carried out on the horizontal displacement,bearing capacity,lateral friction resistance,load transfer law,and so on.Study showed that for plain fill,with the buried depth of 5.12 m,diameter of 150 mm,length of 5.12 mand transverse bolt spacing of 320 mm,the axial force of the multi-cross-bolt soil anchor was abrupt at the cross bolt.The load shared by the cross bolt can reach 64% of the total load,and the ultimate bearing capacity of the cross bolt can be increased by 55%compared to that of the uniform-section soil anchor with the same length.
