摘  要:为对重型刮板输送机可控启动装置(CST)齿轮箱箱体进行减重设计,利用HyperWorks软件对其进行静力分析和模态分析。在此基础上,以加权应变能最小化为目标,以应力、位移、体积比和第一阶固有频率为约束,进行拓扑优化设计。根据优化后的材料密度分布云图对箱体结构进行改进,改进后结构质量减轻228.03kg,减少4.26%。经分析可得,其刚度和强度依然满足要求,实现了减速器箱体的轻量化设计。In order to reduce the weight of CST gearbox housing for heavy scraper conveyor,Hyper Works software was used for static analysis and modal analysis.On this basis,to minimize the weighted strain energy was taken as the objective,and the stress,displacement,volume ratio and the first natural frequency were taken as constraints to carry out the topological optimization design.According to the optimized material density distribution cloud map,the housing structure was improved.After the improvement,the structure mass reduced by 228.03 kg(accounting for 4.26%).The analysis showed that the stiffness and strength of the optimized housing still met the requirements.Therefore,the lightweight design of the gearbox housing was realized.
