摘  要:研究了用硫酸、草酸溶液从废旧锌锰电池材料中浸出锌、锰,考察了浸出时间、草酸浓度、搅拌速度、硫酸浓度和反应温度对锌、锰浸出率的影响。结果表明:硫酸溶液中加入草酸,可有效浸出锌锰电池材料中的锌和锰;在固液质量体积比1/20、硫酸浓度0.5 mol/L、草酸浓度0.25 mol/L、搅拌速度250 r/min、50℃条件下浸出120 min,锌、锰浸出率分别达98.81%和94.91%,浸出效果较好。Leaching of manganese and zinc in waste Zn-Mn batteries using sulfuric acid/oxalic acid was researched.The effects of reaction time,oxalic acid concentrate,sulfuric acid concentrate and temperature on leaching of manganese and zinc were examined.The results show that adding oxalic acid into sulfuric acid solution,the manganese and zinc can be leached effectively.Leaching of manganese and zinc are 98.81% and 94.91%,respectively under the conditions of solid-to-liquid ratio of 1/20,sulfuric acid concentrate of 0.5 mol/L,oxalic acid concentrate of 0.25 mol/L,stir speed of 250 r/min,temperature of 50 ℃ and leaching time of 120 min,the leaching effects is very good.
