摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病患者饮食行为依从性与低血糖恐惧现状及其相关性。方法采用中文版低血糖恐惧调查-忧虑量表、社会支持评定量表、2型糖尿病患者饮食行为依从性测评量表对240例2型糖尿病患者进行调查。结果2型糖尿病患者饮食行为依从性总分(58.95±13.32)分,低血糖恐惧总分中位数为9分;社会支持总分(37.16±9.01)分。2型糖尿病患者饮食行为依从性与低血糖恐惧呈负相关(P<0.01)。多元回归分析结果显示,性别、家族史、是否参加过糖尿病健康教育、并发症数量、社会支持水平和低血糖恐惧是2型糖尿病患者饮食行为依从性的影响因素,可解释总体变异度的27.0%。结论2型糖尿病患者低血糖恐惧程度越严重,患者的饮食行为依从性越差。医护人员应重视患者的心理护理,降低低血糖恐惧,提高饮食行为依从性。Objective To investigate the levels of dietary compliance and fear of hypoglycemia and to analyze the relationship between them among patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 240 patients with T2DM were surveyed using the Chinese version Hypoglycemia Fear Survey-Worry Scale(CHFSⅡ-WS),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),and the Dietary Behavior Compliance Assessment Scale for Type 2 Diabetes.Results The participants scored 58.95±13.32 on dietary compliance and 37.16±9.01 on social support.The median score of fear of hypoglycemia was 9.Dietary compliance was negatively correlated with fear of hypoglycemia(P<0.01).Multiple linear regression showed gender,family history,participation in diabetes education,number of complications,social support and fear of hypoglycemia were predictors of dietary compliance,which could explain 27.0%of the total variance.Conclusion The more severe fear of hypoglycemia in patients with T2DM,the worse dietary compliance.Medical staff should pay attention to patient′s mental state and provide psychological care,thus to alleviate their fear of hypoglycemia and enhance dietary compliance.
