摘　　要：在文献调研的基础上对人参提取物中农药残留的相关去除工艺和方法进行汇总,综述各种去除农药残留工艺方法的研究和实践情况,并对其各自适用范围、优势和劣势进行比较,为相关技术人员进行进一步研究和生产实践提供文献基础。This manuscript summarized the method and approach to remove the residual pesticide in ginseng extract through literature research.It also reported the recent research on the implementation situation and discussed the advantage,disadvantage and application area of those methods.This review provided the references for related technician in their research and production process.
