摘　　要：焦炉炉门在出焦过程中启闭频繁,其运行的安全性和稳定性直接影响焦炭生产的有序进行。根据现场工况研发了修复7 m焦炉炉门的卡具,实现了检修不停炉,不影响出焦,同时具有轻量化、便携性、安全高效的特点。Since oven doors are frequently opened/closed during coke pushing,therefore the safe and stable operation plays a decisive role in orderly cokemaking.According to actual situation,a kind of special clamping device is developed for repairing oven doors of 7 m batteries,it can realize oven door repair without shut-down and without affecting pushing,which is characterized with light-weight,portability,safety and high efficiency.
