多拉菌素注射液含量测定中适用的固相萃取柱考察研究

摘　　要：为完善多拉菌素注射液质量标准,对多拉菌素注射液含量测定中适用的固相萃取柱进行了考察研究。采用C18色谱柱(5μm,150 mm×4.6 mm),以甲醇-乙腈-水(67:15:18)为流动相进行等度洗脱(流速为1.0 m L/min),检测波长为245 nm,进样量20μL。经线性、准确度、精密度、耐用性和稳定性试验考察后,结果表明,该方法准确、简便、快速,考察的固相萃取柱能用于多拉菌素注射液含量的测定。In order to improve the quality standard of doramectin injection,the solid phase extraction column suitable for the determination of doramectin injection was investigated. Chromatography was performed on C18 column( 5 μm,150 mm×4.6 mm),isocratic elution with methanol-acetonitrile-water( 67: 15: 18) as mobile phase( flow rate 1. 0 m L/min). The detection wavelength was 245 nm,The injected volume was 20 μL. After linearity,accuracy,precision,durability and stability test,the results showed that the method is accurate,simple and rapid. The solid phase extraction column can be used to determine the content of doramectin injection.
