装配式构造柱约束砌体结构抗震性能研究——以乡村房屋建筑为例

摘　　要：装配式构造柱在乡村砌体结构建筑中的作用主要体现在可提高砌体结构建筑的抗震性,缩小与城市房屋建筑之间的差距。施工中,降低建筑高度,均匀设置圈梁,可以保证砌体结构建筑在地震灾害中墙体开裂而不倒。将复杂的构造柱结构技术与砌体建筑技术有效融合在一起,使乡村房屋建筑的抗震性能符合国家标准,达到城乡建筑均衡发展的目标。装配式构造柱技术的施工方法有很多,此次重点研究预制式构造柱技术,不应用钢筋与砌筑技术相结合。分析了装配式构造柱的具体应用细节。The function of prefabricated structural column in rural masonry structure is mainly reflected in improving seismic performance of masonry structure and narrowing the gap with urban buildings.In the construction,reducing the height of the building and setting ring beam evenly can ensure that the wall of the masonry structure will not crack in the earthquake disaster.The complex structural column structure technology and masonry construction technology are effectively integrated,so that the seismic performance of rural buildings can meet national standards,and achieve the goal of balanced development of urban and rural buildings.There are many construction methods of prefabricated structural column technology.It focuses on prefabricated structural column technology,that is,the prefabricated structural column which does not use the combination of prefabricated technology of reinforcement and masonry technology.In the construction process,the mortar joint between customized version and the wall shall be filled with mortar to ensure the integration of the wall and structural column and stability of the wall and the structural column.
