机械制造业精益化生产管理存在的问题及解决

摘　　要：机械制造业精益化生产管理存在较多问题,如生产现场杂乱不堪,施工人员的职业素养不高,机械设备的投入资金较大,事故多发,废弃物导致的污染严重,生产计划不合理。生产现场的卫生问题非常严重,没有将闲置物和使用材料放置到规范地点,建筑材料和电气产品随意摆放。施工人员基本上都未经过系统性学习,对专业知识不了解,只能对工作进行简单地复制,导致了很多残次品的出现。由于机械产品的大量囤积,资金投入后一时之间很难回转,导致机械制造业的生产不能顺利进行。机械设备的生产存在着巨大风险,一旦发生事故,会损失大量的人力、物力、财力。管理人员没有对废弃物进行合理处置,不符合机械制造业的可持续发展理念。企业没有制订严密的生产计划,导致施工过程中出现了很多的无用性工作和重复性工作。提出了提高机械制造业精益化生产管理水平的方法,可深化精益化生产管理的指导思想和目标,建立统一的信息化管理平台,完善生产流程,根据客户需求进行精益化生产,加强团队之间的协同合作,加强计算机在机械制造业中的应用。There are many problems in lean production management of mechanical manufacturing industry,such as production site is disorderly,the professional quality of construction personnel is not high,the investment of mechanical equipment is large,accidents happen frequently,the pollution caused by waste is serious,and production plan is unreasonable.The sanitary problems in the production site are very serious.The idle and used materials are not placed in the standard place,and building materials and electrical products are placed at will.Basically,the construction personnel did not have systematic learning and did not know the professional knowledge,so they could only copy the work simply,which led to the emergence of many defective products.Due to a large number of mechanical products hoarding,it is difficult to turn around after the investment,which leads to the production of machinery manufacturing industry can not be carried out smoothly.There is a huge risk in the production of mechanical equipment.Once there is an accident,a lot of human,material and financial resources will be lost.The management personnel did not dispose waste reasonably,which was not in line with the concept of sustainable development of machinery manufacturing industry.The enterprise did not make a strict production plan,resulting in a lot of useless work and repetitive work in the construction process.It puts forward methods to improve the level of lean production management in mechanical manufacturing industry,such as deepening guiding ideology and objectives of lean production management,establishing a unified information management platform,improving production process,carrying out lean production according to the needs of customers,strengthening cooperation between teams,and strengthening application of computers in mechanical manufacturing industry.
