摘 要:目的探讨人文关怀理念下创新优化排班模式在消化内科中的应用,探索人性化、弹性化、整体护理排班模式。方法将3种不同的排班模式应用于临床,每种排班模式实施6个月,分析3种不同排班模式中,患者、护士、医生的满意度情况。结果实施创新优化排班模式患者满意度、护士满意度、医生满意度都有大幅度的提高,使责任护士知晓率高达99.3%,患者满意度高达99.6%,明显高于其他2种排班模式(P<0.05)。结论在消化内科实施优化创新排班模式,将人文关怀理念应用于临床,实现个性化整体连续性护理,可减轻护士压力及职业倦怠,提高患者满意度,保证医护患和谐,提高医疗护理质量。Objective To explore the application of optimized shifts scheduling model in Gastroenterology Department under the concept of humanistic care,and to establish a humanistic,flexible and overall nursing shifts scheduling model.Methods Three different shifts scheduling models were applied to the clinic services,each implemented for 6 months.The three models were compared in terms of the satisfaction of patients,nurses,and doctors.Results After implementing the optimized shifts scheduling model,the satisfaction levels of patients,nurses and doctors were greatly improved so that the awareness rate of on-duty nurses was as high as 99.3%,and the patient satisfaction was as high as 99.6%,which was significantly higher than the other two scheduling mode(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the optimized and innovative scheduling model in the Gastroenterology Department,applying the concept of humanistic care to the clinic,and achieving personalized and continuous care can reduce nurses'stress and burnout,improve patients'satisfaction,ensure harmony between doctors and patients,and improve the quality of medical care.
