摘　　要：本研究通过报道某院1例成功实施空中救援的案例,并结合相关研究,提出推广空中救援的必要性。但目前我国空中救援仍存在资源不足,设备不健全,救援及运输力量薄弱,团队沟通、配合不佳,资金高昂,人才匮乏,预案不完善等情况,可通过政府支持、人员培训、保险服务等举措进一步完善。The necessity of promoting air rescue proposed by this study is based on the report of a successful air rescue case from a certain hospital and relevant research.However,there are still many drawbacks such as insufficient resources,ill-equipped facilities,weak rescue capacity and transportation,poor team communication and cooperation,high cost,talents scarcity,imperfect plans,etc.,which can be further improved by government support,personnel training,insurance services,etc.
