民航飞行员H型高血压对炎症因子和颈动脉粥样硬化的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨民航飞行员H型高血压对炎症因子和颈动脉粥样硬化的影响。方法根据同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平,将民航飞行员分为H型高血压组(A组,82例)和单纯性高血压组(B组,50例),检测体质量指数(BMI)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FPG)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、载脂蛋白B(apoB)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子1(sICAM-1)、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(LP-PLA2)和颈动脉内-中层厚度(IMT)。结果A组IL-6、CRP、LP-PLA2水平较B组明显升高(P<0.05),A组sICAM-1水平较B组明显下降(P<0.05);A组IMT水平较B组明显增加(P<0.05)。结论民航飞行员H型高血压患者中促炎因子水平升高,抑炎因子水平下降,颈动脉粥样硬化程度加重。Objective To study the effects of H-type hypertension on inflammatory factors and carotid atherosclerosisin civil aviation pilots.Methods According to the homocysteine(Hcy)level,the pilots were divided into H-type hypertension group(Group A,n=82)and simple hypertension group(Group B,n=50)to detect Body Mass Index(BMI),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoproteincholesterol(LDL-C),triglyceride cholesterol(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),fasting blood glucose(FPG),c-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),apolipoprotein-B(apoB),soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1),lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(LP-PLA2)and carotid intima-media thickness(IMT).Results The levels of IL-6,CRP,LP-PLA2 in group A were significantly higher than those in group B(P<0.05).The sICAM-1 level of group A was obviously lower than that of group B(P<0.05),but the IMT level of group A was higher than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Among civil aviationpilots with H-type hypertension,the level of proinflammatory factors and the degree of carotid arteriosclerosis increase,but the level of anti-inflammatory factors decreases.
