贝前列素钠治疗肺动脉高压的疗效及血气指标情况分析

摘　　要：目的研究贝前列素钠治疗肺动脉高压的疗效及其对患者血气指标的影响。方法选取2017年5月—2018年10月收治的65例肺动脉高压患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分成观察组和对照组,分别使用贝前列素钠治疗和常规治疗方法,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果以及治疗前后的血气指标水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组的血气指标无明显差别(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的SaO2、PaO2以及PaCO2等血气指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论贝前列素钠治疗肺动脉高压不仅能够显著提升临床治疗效果,还能够促进患者血气指标的改善,为患者的心肺功能恢复奠定良好基础,可广泛应用于临床治疗中。Objective To study the efficacy of beraprost sodium on pulmonary hypertension and its impact on blood gas index.Methods A total of 65 patients with pulmonary hypertension admitted from May 2017 to October 2018 were randomized into the experimental group and the control group.The former received beraprost sodium medication,while the latter underwent conventional treatment.After the process,the clinical efficacy and blood gas index before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before the treatment,no significant difference was found in blood gas index between the two groups(P>0.05)and after the treatment,however,such blood gas indexes as SaO2,PaO2 and PaCO2 of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In pulmonary hypertension therapy,beraprost sodium helps greatly improve clinical outcomes and blood gas index,which lays a solid foundation for the recovery of cardiopulmonary function.Therefore,the medicine is widely applicable in clinical treatment.
