曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌症的临床疗效和安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探究曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌症的应用效果。方法选择2016年6月—2018年6月收治的子宫腺肌症患者68例,随机分为2组各34例,对照组采用孕三烯酮治疗,研究组采用曼月乐治疗,比较两组治疗前后的月经疼痛评分、月经量、子宫体积、子宫内膜厚度和不良反应发生率。结果治疗后研究组的月经量少于对照组(P<0.05),月经疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05),子宫体积和子宫内膜厚度比对照组小(P<0.05),且不良反应发生率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌症具有较好的临床疗效,可减轻患者疼痛程度,提高治疗安全性。Objective To explore the effect of manyuela in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods A total of 68 patients with adenomyosis from June 2016 to June 2018 were randomly and averagely divided into 2 groups.The control group was treated with gestrinone,and the research group was treated with Manuel.The scores of menstrual pain,menstrual volume,uterine volume,endometrial thickness and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the menstrual volume and the menstrual pain score of the research group were smaller and lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The uterine volume and endometrial thickness of the research group were smaller than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Manyuele treatment of adenomyosis is apparently of efficacy clinically,which can relieve the pain of patients and improve the safety of treatment.
