摘　　要：目的探讨无缝隙护理预防复杂腹部手术中患者低体温的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年2月诊治的复杂腹部手术患者90例作研究对象,均实施气管插管全身麻醉,并在术中实行护理干预,随机分组:对照组(n=45)应用常规护理模式,研究组(n=45)应用无缝隙护理模式,对2组患者麻醉前、术后30、60、120、180 min和术毕时的肛温指标差异进行统计学分析。结果研究组患者术后30、60、120、180分钟和术毕时的肛温水平均低于对照组(t=10.354、10.354、16.106、13.024、16.106,均P=0.000)。结论无缝隙护理预防复杂腹部手术中患者低体温的临床效果确切,有助于提升手术室护理质量,深化护理内涵,适宜推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of seamless nursing in preventing hypothermia in patients undergoing complex abdominal surgery.Methods From January 2018 to February 2019,90 patients with complex abdominal surgery were selected as the study subjects.All patients were given general anesthesia through tracheal intubation and the nursing intervention during operation.They were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=45)with routine nursing mode and the research group(n=45)with seamless nursing mode.The two groups were given pre-anesthesia,30 minutes after operation,60 minutes after operation and 1 month after operation.Statistical analysis was made on the difference of anal temperature between 20 minutes,180 minutes after operation and at the end of operation.Results The anal warm water in the study group was lower than that in the control group at 30 minutes,60 minutes,120 minutes,180 minutes and the end of the operation(t=10.354,10.354,16.106,13.024,16.106,P=0.000).Conclusion The clinical effect of seamless nursing in preventing patients'hypothermia in complex abdominal surgery is exact.It helps to improve the quality of nursing in operating room and deepens the connotation of nursing,suitable for popularization.
