蒙脱石散联合赛肤润液体敷料干预Ⅱ期压疮的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察蒙脱石散联合赛肤润液体敷料治疗Ⅱ期压疮的应用效果。方法将2017年1月—2019年1月收治的60例Ⅱ期压疮患者按随机数字表法等分成对照组和观察组。观察组(n=30)运用蒙脱石散联合赛肤润液体敷料进行护理干预,对照组(n=30)接受治疗Ⅱ期压疮的常规护理,对两组护理后的各观察指标进行比较。结果两组在压疮消失和干预总时间、干预效果以及预后情况方面组间比较,均存在统计学差异,观察组压疮消失和干预总时间均少于对照组,对Ⅱ期压疮病情控制的有效率和满意度高于对照组,不良反应率则低于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论对Ⅱ期压疮患者施以蒙脱石散联合赛肤润液体敷料进行干预,具有积极可靠的效果。Objective To study the application effect of montmorillonite powder combined withsanyrene liquid dressing in the treatment of stageⅡpressure sore.Methods A total of 60 patients with stage Ⅱ pressure sore admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The former was treated with montmorillonite powder combined withsanyrene liquid dressing.The latter received the routine nursing care.The observation indexes of the two groups after nursing were compared.Results There were significant differences in the disappearance of pressure sore,total treatment time,treatment effect and prognosis between the two groups.The disappearance of pressure sore and the total treatment time of the observation group were lower than that of the control group.The effective rate and satisfaction level of observation group was higher than that of the control group,but the adverse reaction rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients withⅡstage pressure sore,montmorillonite powder combined with sanyrene liquid dressing treatment has positive and reliable therapeutic effect.
