溶胶-凝胶自蔓燃法制备TiO2粉体及光催化性能

摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶自蔓燃法,以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,无水乙醇为溶剂,制备锐钛矿型TiO2粉体,并对制备工艺过程进行研究。利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FIIR)等测试手段或技术对TiO2粉体的晶型结构进行表征,利用紫外-可见光吸收光谱(UV-vis)测定TiO2粉体降解甲基橙的降解率,探索甲基橙初始浓度和催化剂用量对甲基橙降解率的影响。结果表明,制备粉体的最佳工艺:pH值为6,水浴温度为60~80℃,热处理温度为450℃,保温时间为3 h。The anatase phase of titania powders was synthesized successfully by the sol-gel combustion method, usingTi(OC4H9)4 as the precursor, ethanol absolute as solvent. The crystal structure and particle size of TiO2 powders were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) and Infrared spectroscopy(IR). Effects of the initial potency and the mass of TiO2 for TiO2on the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange under the sunlight were investigated by Ultraviolet-visible absorption spectra(UV-vis).The experimental results showed that the pH value was 6, the best bath temperature was 60~80 ℃, the best calcinated temperature was 450 ℃ and time was 3 hours.
