超声引导下穿刺冲洗对乳腺脓肿治疗的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导下穿刺冲洗对乳腺脓肿治疗的临床效果。方法:纳入某院84例2017年5月5日~2018年8月6日乳腺脓肿患者。根据随机数字表分组,常规组采取常规引流治疗,超声引导下穿刺组则采取超声引导下穿刺冲洗治疗。比较常规组、超声引导下穿刺组疗效;换药的平均次数、切口红肿症状完全消退时间、平均切口愈合时间、疼痛程度;治疗前后患者切口炎症情况、患者疼痛感受;乳头感觉障碍、乳漏等的发生率。结果:超声引导下穿刺组疗效、换药的平均次数、切口红肿症状完全消退时间、平均切口愈合时间、疼痛程度、切口炎症情况、患者疼痛感受相比较常规组更好,P<0.05;超声引导下穿刺组乳头感觉障碍、乳漏等的发生率低于常规组,P<0.05。结论:超声引导下穿刺冲洗治疗乳腺脓肿的效果理想。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of ultrasounD-guided puncture irrigation in the treatment of breast abscess.Methods:84 patients with breast abscess from May 5,2017 to August 6,2018 were enrolled in a hospital.According to the random number table method to divide patients into two groups,the routine group was treated with conventional drainage,the ultrasounD-guided puncture group was treated with ultrasounD-guided puncture irrigation.The curative effect;the average times of dressing change,the time of complete disappearance of incision swelling symptoms,the average time of incision healing,the degree of pain;the inflammation of incision,the pain feeling of patients before and after treatment;the incidence of nipple sensory disturbance,breast leakage of routine group and ultrasounD-guided puncture group were compared.Results:Compared with the routine group,the curative effect,the average times of dressing change,the complete disappearance time of incision swelling symptoms,the average incision healing time,the degree of pain,the inflammation of incision and the pain feeling of patients in the ultrasoun D-guided puncture group are better,P<0.05.The incidence of papillary sensory disturbance and breast leakage in the ultrasounD-guided puncture group was lower than that in the routine group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The effe-ct of ultrasounD-guided puncture irrigation for breast abscess is ideal.
