摘　　要：目的:对青少年Graves甲亢采用131 I治疗对其甲状腺质量和2h摄碘率疗效的影响予以探讨。方法:随机选取于2015年1月~2016年1月收治的121例在某院开展治疗的青少年Graves甲亢患者,对其临床资料开展回顾分析。结果:将甲状腺质量作为分组依据,两组的临床治疗总有效率、24h摄碘率、2h摄碘率、年龄等差异都不具备统计学意义(P>0.05);将2h摄碘率作为分组依据,两组的甲状腺质量、年龄等差异不具备统计学意义;但是临床治疗总有效率存在明显差异(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:数据结果表明,2h摄碘率<60%的患者临床治疗效果更佳。Objective:To investigate the effect of 131 I therapy on thyroid mass and 2 hour iodine uptake rate in the treatment of adolescents with Grave hyperthyroidism.Methods:A total of 121 patients with Graves'hyperthyroidism who were admitted to a hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly selected and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Taking thyroid quality as the grouping basis,the total effective rate of clinical treatment,the iodine intake rate at 24h,the iodine intake rate at 2h,age and other differences between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);The 2h iodine uptake rate was taken as the grouping basis,and the differences in thyroid quality and age between the two groups were not statistically significant;However,there was a significant difference in the total effective rate of clinical treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The results of the data shows that patients with 2h iodine uptake rate<60%had better clinical efficacy.
