结肠癌患者细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-12P40、IL-12P70、IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α的表达分析

摘　　要：目的:探究结肠癌患者细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-12P40、IL-12P70、IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α的表达。方法:选取2017年1月~2017年6月某院治疗的100例结肠癌患者作为实验组,同期选取100例健康体检者作为对照组。采用人细胞因子96孔免疫磁珠法对患者的细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-12P40、IL-12P70、IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α的水平进行分析,分析两组的细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-12P40、IL-12P70、IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平和实验组患者TNM分期,分化程度及病理类型间的细胞因子表达水平。结果:对比对照组,实验组患者的细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-12P40、IL-12P70、IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平明显升高;TNM III/IV期患者的IL-8水平高于对照组TNM I/II期水平,P<0.05,其余细胞因子无差异,P>0.05;高分化/中分化结肠癌患者血浆中的IL-12P70及IL-8水平低于低分化组,P<0.05,其余细胞因子无差异,P>0.05;粘液腺癌患者血浆中的IL-1β、IL-8及IL-10水平高于腺癌,P<0.05;其余细胞因子无差异,P>0.05。结论:细胞因子表达图谱表明结肠癌患者和健康人具有明显的差异;相关的特定细胞因子可在一定程度上表明结肠癌的某种生物学特征,细胞因子可直接评估结肠癌患者的免疫功能,值得临床深究。Objective:To explore the expression of cytokines IFN-γ,IL-12P40,IL-12P70,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin patients with colon cancer.Methods:100 cases of colon cancer patients treated in a hospital from January 2017 to June 2017 were selected as the experimental group,and 100 healthy patients during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of cytokines IFN-γ,IL-12P40,IL-12P70,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin patients were analyzed by using the 96-well immunomagnetic beads method,the levels of cytokines IFN-γ,IL-12P40,IL-12P70,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin the 2 groups were analyzed,as well as the levels of cytokines in TNM stage,differentiation degree and pathological types in the experimental group.Results:Compared with the control group,the levels of cytokines IFN-γ,IL-12P40,IL-12P70,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin the experimental group were significantly increased;The level of IL-8 in TNM III/IV patients was higher than that in TNM I/II patients in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no difference in other cytokines(P>0.05).Conclusion:The cytokine expression profile showed that there were significant differences between colon cancer patients and healthy people.Relevant specific cytokines can show certain biological characteristics of colon cancer to a certain extent,and cytokines can directly evaluate the immune function of patients with colon cancer,which is worthy of clinical investigation.
