戊酸雌二醇结合米非司酮在妊娠中期行引产治疗的效果观察

摘  要:目的:研究对于中期妊娠时的产妇使用戊酸雌二醇结合米非司酮进行引产治疗的疗效。方法:选择在某院接受治疗的中期妊娠时的产妇60例为研究对象,并将这些患者分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组患者使用常规的方法口服米非司酮片;观察组患者使用的治疗方法是口服戊酸雌二醇结合米非司酮。结果:观察组患者和对照组患者的的孕周和年龄对比差异不大(P>0.05),但是在接受治疗后两组患者的成功率观察组(96.67%)较对照组(70.00%)显著较高,对比差异显著(P<0.05,χ2=8.264);总的疼痛率观察组产妇较对照组有明显的差异(χ2=13.752,P<0.05)。结论:对于中期妊娠时的产妇使用戊酸雌二醇结合米非司酮进行引产治疗具有良好的治疗效果,值得推广。Objective:To study the effect of estradiol valerate combined with mifepristone on induction of labor in women with the second trimester of pregnancy.Methods:A total of 60 women with second trimester who received treatment in a hospital were selected as subjects and these patients were divided into two groups,the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).Patients in the control group were given mifepristone tablets orally by conventional methods.Patients in the observation group were treated with estradiol valerate combined with mifepristone orally.Results:There was no significant difference in gestational age between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).However,after treatment,the success rate of patients in the observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(70.00%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05,χ2=8.264).The overall pain rate in the observation group was significantly different from that in the control group(χ2=13.752,P<0.05).Conclusion:Estradiol valerate combined with mifepristone has a good therapeutic effect on induction of labor in women in the second trimester of pregnancy and is worth popularizing.
