摘 要:针对传统光纤通信系统中滤波模块可调范围窄、损耗大和带宽精度低的问题,文章设计了一种基于光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)的大范围带宽调制滤波结构,该结构核心部件采用螺杆微调结构对FBG中心波长进行大范围连续调谐控制。经理论分析与仿真计算给出了该结构的最优参数,并通过实验测试可知,在该结构中螺杆微位移每改变0.1 mm,平均中心波长偏移量为415 pm,线性度高,线性度优于0.98的调制范围为1 545~1 565 nm,实现了大带宽连续线性调制。实验结果表明,该结构可用于光纤通信系统中需要大范围连续可调滤波的模块,具有一定的应用价值。For the problems of narrow adjustable range,large loss and low bandwidth accuracy in the optical filter module for traditional fiber-optic communication systems,a large bandwidth linear modulation optical filter based on FBG is designed.The modulation system is composed of a light source,a strain-sensitive Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG),an adjustable strain structure,and a demodulator.A large-scale continuous modulation of the strain is realized by the screw fine-tuning structure,and the linear correlation between the strain amount and the echo wavelength offset is calculated by the combination of the strain beam and the FBG.The simulation analysis shows the peak reflectance of the reflected light as a function of the reflection bandwidth under different FBG parameters,and the relevant parameters are selected accordingly.We conduct an experiment by continuous changing the force values to test the reflected light power,echo central wavelength and echo spectrum.The results show that for every 0.1 mm change,the average central wavelength shift is 415 pm,and the linearity is high.The linearity is better than 0.98,and the modulation range is 1545~1565 nm,which can achieve large-bandwidth continuous linear modulation.In conclusion,the structure can be used in a fiber optic communication system that requires a wide range of continuously adjustable filtering modules,and has certain application value.
