摘  要:设计一种基于360环视系统的车载千兆以太网交换机,该交换机支持AVB协议。介绍选用的交换机芯片和PHY芯片的性能特点,描述交换机的框架搭建和主要模块电路的设计。交换机设计采用2片88Q5050交换芯片和3片88Q2112物理层芯片为千兆网模块进行音视频数据传输。对搭建的环境进行测试验证,测试结果满足带宽要求。设计特点为搭载了市场上第一款汽车级1000BASE-T1以太网PHY芯片88Q2112。A vehicle-mounted gigabit Ethernet switch based on the 360 look-around system is designed,which supports the AVB protocol. The performance characteristics of the selected switch chip and PHY chip are introduced,and the construction of the frame and the design of main module circuits of the switch are described. The two 88 Q5050 switch chips and three 88 Q2112 physical layer chips are used in the switch design for the audio and video data transmission of gigabit network module. The testing and verification of the built switch environment were carried out.The testing results can meet the bandwidth requirements.The design feature of this switch is that the first automotive-grade 1000 BASE-T1 Ethernet PHY chip 88 Q2112 on the market is mounted in vehicle.
