摘 要:评估典型水环境因子对金属毒性的影响对水质基准预测及修正具有重要意义。通过文献和数据库调研,收集了我国主要流域地表水硬度、DOC含量、pH等指标的测量数据。同时以斑马鱼为研究对象,开展了水体不同硬度、DOC含量、pH值等条件下Cu^2+对斑马鱼毒性变化研究。结果表明:我国主要流域地表水硬度、DOC含量和pH值等指标的变化范围分别为27.6~1007.3 mg/L,0.64~45.17 mg/L和6.83~9.49;硬度和DOC含量与Cu^2+对斑马鱼毒性呈显著线性关系,可用一级线性方程拟合;选取水体硬度、DOC含量和pH等因子5%和50%累积概率的值,比较各因子相同累积概率区间范围内Cu^2+对斑马鱼的毒性变化程度,得出DOC含量为我国主要流域地表水水环境因子中铜对斑马鱼毒性的最大影响因素。研究结果可为金属的水质基准的制修订提供参考。It is very important to evaluate the effects of typical water environment factors on metal toxicity for predicting and revising water quality criteria.The measurement data of surface water hardness,DOC content,and pH in China were collected in the literature and database investigation.Meanwhile,zebrafish was taken as the research object,to study the toxicity of Cu 2+under different water quality condition factors including hardness,DOC content and initial pH value.The results showed that the water hardness was ranged from 27.6 to 1007.3 mg/L,DOC content was ranged from 0.64 to 45.17 mg/L,and pH value was ranged from 6.83 to 9.49 in surface water in China.And the water hardness and DOC content had a significant linear relationship with copper toxicity to zebrafish,which could be fitted by first-order linear equation.The values of 5%and 50%cumulative probability of water hardness,DOC content and pH value were selected to compared the degree of toxicity changing of Cu^2+to zebrafish within the same cumulative probability range of these factors,then it was concluded that the DOC content was the most important factor affecting the toxicity of copper to zebrafish in the surface water parameters in China.The results can provide references for the revision of water quality standards for metals in China.
