摘 要:生物质作为一种可再生资源在全球范围内储量丰富,但长期以来利用率较低。通过简单的热裂解技术制备了生物油,并考察了不同裂解条件下产物成分的变化。此外对制得的生物沥青的物理性能进行测试,结果表明生物质在600℃下快速裂解1 s,生物沥青的针入度可达到7 mm,延度36 cm,浸水稳定度4.1 kN,冻融劈裂强度0.025 MPa,软化点下降到40℃。以上结果表明提高热裂解温度和延长裂解时间有助于改善产物的物理性能。As a renewable resource,biomass has abundant global reserves,but their utilization has remained low.Therefore,the application of high value-added biomass in recent years has become a research hotspot.Many studies have demonstrated the usability of bio-bitumen in practical applications,and the incorporation of bio-oil has been shown to improve the performance of traditional bitumen to some extent.In this paper,bio-oil was prepared by simple pyrolysis,and the changes in product composition under different cracking conditions were investigated.In addition,the physical properties of the resulting bio-bitumen were tested and it was found that the needle penetration of the bio-bitumen index increased with increasing cracking temperature.Furthermore,ingress,ductility,water immersion stability,freeze-thaw splitting strength and water permeability coefficient were all improved,and the softening point decreased.
