摘　　要：目的探讨术前流程再造对首台手术三方准点到位率的效果。方法采用流程再造原理,对首台手术医生、麻醉师、手术护士的工作流程进行调查,明确关键问题,再造流程。以再造前择期手术336例患者为对照组,再造后择期手术328例患者为观察组,比较流程再造前后首台手术三方准点到位时间及到位率。结果两组患者在首台手术三方准点到位时间及到位率方面比较P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论分析手术前工作流程不合理环节,进行流程再造,明显提高了首台择期手术三方准点到位时间及到位率,保证了三方核查及首台手术准时开始,提高了手术工作效率,更好地确保了患者安全。Objective To explore the effect of preoperative process reengineering on the tripartite on-time arrival rate of the first operation.Methods The workflow of the surgeon,anesthesiologist and nurse of the first operation was investigated by using the principle of process reengineering.336 patients with elective surgery before the reconstruction were taken as the control group,and 328 patients with elective surgery after the reconstruction as the observation group.Compare the time and the arrival rate of the tripartie on-time of the first operation in the two groups.Results There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01)on the tripartite on-time arrival rate of the first operation.Conclusion The unreasonable procedure before operation was analyzed and the procedure reengineering was carried out,which significantly improved the arrival time and arrival rate of three parties for the first elective operation,ensured the check of three parties and the start of the first operation on time,improved the operating efficiency and better ensured the safety of patients.
