摘　　要：广东省佛山市第一人民医院(以下简称佛山市一医院)从2013年至今,以三甲复评为抓手,通过全省首家“三甲复评”,历经国家卫计委“全面质量管理评价”现场调研,举办医院管理品质持续改进示范医院现场观摩会,开启了“三甲复评”后医院管理新模式-持续改进;以医院评审评价为抓手,推动医院走向科学化、规范化、信息化管理新模式。Since 2013,the First People's Hospital of Foshan City,Guangdong Province take the tertiary hospital review as the starting point and pass the review successfully as the first hospital in the province.Through the on-site investigation of the"comprehensive quality management evaluation"of the National Health and Family Planning Commission,and the on-site Observation as demonstration hospital of hospital management quality continuous improvement,and a new model of hospital management was established.Taking hospital accreditation and evaluation as the starting point,the hospital management model heads to a scientific,standardized,and information-based direction.
