摘　　要：利用中国知网筛选检索得到39篇利用信息化手段建立健全围手术期安全管理的相关文献,对之进行分析。从手术分级管理、围手术期信息化管理、手术高值耗材管理3方面,介绍医院在信息化建设中实现围手术期安全管理,进一步落实医疗质量安全核心制度的执行情况,以及保障医疗行为安全的系列举措。指出,围手术期安全管理至关重要,医院利用信息系统建立围手术期安全管理体系,是持续改进医疗质量、提高效率的重要保证。A total of 39 literatures related to the establishment and improvement of perioperative safety management by means of information technology were retrieved from the China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI)and analyzed.The paper introduced a series of measures to realize perioperative safety management,further implement the core system of medical quality and safety,and guarantee the safety of medical behavior in the information-based construction of hospitals from three aspects:surgical classification management,perioperative information management,and surgical high-value consumables management.It was pointed out that perioperative safety management is of vital importance,and the establishment of perioperative safety management system based on clinical information system is an important guarantee for continuous improvement of medical quality and efficiency.
