摘　　要：目的了解JCI标准下,2016年1月至2018年12月某儿童医院麻醉、精神和毒性药品的使用情况,为儿童特殊管制药品的合理使用提供参考依据。方法提取2016年1月至2018年12月某儿童医院麻醉、精神和毒性药品处方共15 338张,对处方中药品用量、余液、使用金额等进行统计分析,并以DDDs、DUI进行临床用药合理性的分析。结果第2类精神药品处方量最多;麻醉、精神和毒性药品有注射剂和片剂两种类型;余液金额为103 353.66元;不同职称开具特殊管制药品比较有统计学意义(P <0.05);使用金额最高的为盐酸哌甲酯缓释片;DDDs氯硝西泮片最高;多数麻醉、精神药品DUI <1。结论 JCI标准下,2016年1月至2018年12月某儿童医院的麻醉、精神和毒性药品的使用基本合理;增加麻醉、精神和毒性药品的规格,避免过多余液丢弃,节约医疗资源,保障患儿用药安全。Objective To understand the uses of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and poisonous substances in a children’s hospital from 2016 to 2018 under the JCI standard, and to provide a reference for the rational use of children’s drugs of special control. Me thods A total of 15,338 prescriptions of narcotic drugs,psychotropic substances and poisonous substances were extracted from a children’s hospital from 2016 to 2018. The drug dosage, remaining liquid and the cost of drugs were statistically analyzed, and the rationality of clinical medication was analyzed by DDDs and DUI. Re s ults Prescriptions of categoryⅡpsychotropic drugs amounted for the biggest proportion, and there were two types of drugs: injections and tablets for narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and poisonous substances. The remaining liquids would cost 103353.66 yuan. The differences in the drug prescriptions from doctors with different professional titles were statistically significant(P < 0.05), the cost of Methylphenidate Hydrochloride Prolonged-Release Tablets was the highest, DDDs of clonazepam tablets was the most prescribed drug,and DUI of most narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances were under 1. Conclus ion The uses of narcotic drugs,psychotropic substances and poisonous substances were basically reasonable in this children’s hospital from 2016 to 2018 under the JCI standard. To save medical resources, different specifications for the drugs should be considered,so that the abandoning of remaining liquids could be avoided, and the safety of children could be ensured.
