摘  要:目的采用数字化技术,以聚合度为评估指标,分析昆明医科大学口腔学院学生临床前牙体预备培训后牙体预备的情况。方法随机选取口腔医学专业三年级上学期学生40名,按46铸造金属全冠要求预备牙体;同时收集2017年云南省口腔执业医师考试牙预备体137颗。通过3shape D900L线激光扫描仪和Geomagic Wrap软件对所有预备体的颊舌向(BL)、近远中向(MD)聚合度进行测量和统计分析。结果40名学生预备的牙预备体平均聚合度为21°,BL和MD聚合度分别为20.5°、21.5°;口腔执业医师考试137颗牙预备体平均聚合度为29.91°,BL和MD聚合度分别为30.18°、29.64°。2组牙预备体平均聚合度和BL、MD聚合度均值相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论昆明医科大学口腔医学院口腔固定修复实验室教学后学生牙体预备聚合度总体水平高于同年执业医师考生水平;运用数字化量化评估使评估过程高效,评估结果客观准确。Objective The purpose of this study was to measure the convergence angle(CA)of tooth preparation for mandibular first molar carried out by dental junior students at the Stomatology College of Kunming Medical University and to compare them with the CA carried out by the examinees of Stomatologist.Me thods 40 students from the first semester of the third year majoring in stomatology were randomly selected to prepare teeth according to the requirements of 46 casting metal crowns.And the CA of 137 tooth preparations were collected from the examinees of Stomatologist’preparations.Dies were scanned using the Linear laser scanning D900 L(3 Shape),and snapshots were then taken from buccal and mesial views using computer-assisted design(CAD)system(Geomagic Wrap).Results The mean CA of the students’preparation group(21°)was less than the mean CA preparations in the of the examinees of Stomatologist.(29.91°).The mean CA for buccolingual axial wall preparations in the students group(20.5°)was less than the mean in the examinees group(30.18°).The mean CA for mesio-distal max axial wall preparations in the students group(21.5°)was less than the mean in the examinees group(29.64°).Conclus ion CA the from junior students’preparations at the Stomatology College of Kunming Medical University is generally better than the preparations by the examinees of Stomatologist.The application of digital quantitative evaluation makes the evaluation process efficient and the evaluation results objective and accurate.
