摘 要:黄金尾矿一般含有金、铁、长石等有价矿物,为实现黄金尾矿的综合利用,笔者开展了不同选矿工艺的研究。结果表明:采用筛分-脱泥-重选-弱磁选-强磁选联合选矿流程,利用振动筛、脱泥斗、螺旋溜槽、筒式磁选机、板式强磁选机、立环高梯度磁选机、电磁浆料磁选机等设备组合,可获得产率为60%~76%,Fe2O3含量为0.20%~0.24%,白度为43%~54%的合格陶瓷级长石精矿、黄金含量为12~16g/t黄金粗精矿以及TFe含量65%左右的铁精矿三种主产品,并得到粗粒级建筑砂、细粒级陶瓷骨料、水泥原材料、建筑用砂等副产品,为黄金尾矿的综合利用提供了切实可行的依据。Gold tailings contain valuable minerals such as gold,iron,and feldspar.In order to realize the comprehensive utilization of the gold tailings,the research of different mineral processing techniques was investigated.The results show that the screening,removal of fine particles,gravity separation,weak magnetic separation,strong magnetic separation combined beneficiation process,utilizes vibrating screen,fine particle removal bucket,spiral chute,wet drum magnetic separator,panel magnetic separator,vertical ring high gradient magnetic separator,and electromagnetic slurry magnetic separator,etc.,can obtain qualified ceramic grade feldspar concentrate with yield of 60%~76%,Fe 2O 3 content of 0.20%~0.24%and whiteness of 43%~54%;gold concentrate with gold content of 12~16 g/t and iron concentrate with a TFe content of about 65%and obtain by-products such as coarse-grained construction sand,fine-grained ceramic aggregate,cement raw materials and construction sand.It provides a practical basis for the comprehensive utilization of gold tailings.
