摘　　要：通过厦门市对已建隔震工程的调研和技术分析,找出各参建单位在隔震技术应用推广中存在的问题,并提出建议。首先,选择3栋具有代表性的隔震建筑进行调研,从工程设计、施工管理、运营维护等角度展开分析;接着,从政府职能部门管理和服务这两个方面入手,分析隔震技术推广应用过程中存在的问题及解决方法。调查分析结果表明,各参建单位普遍缺乏建筑隔震技术的认识,导致隔震工程施工中常常出现施工管理及工程质量问题;政府职能部门还需要进一步完善隔震建筑相关的政策。Through the investigation and technical analysis of the isolation engineering in Xiamen,the problems existing in the application of the isolation technology of the participating units are found out and some suggestions are put forward.Firstly,three representative isolation buildings are selected for investigation and analysis from the aspects of engineering design,construction management,operation and maintenance.Then it starts with the management and service of government functional departments,and analyzes the problems and solutions in the process of popularization and application of isolation technology.The results of investigation and analysis show that the participating units generally lack the knowledge of building isolation technology,which often leads to construction management and engineering quality problems in the construction of isolation engineering.Government functional departments also need to further improve policies related to isolation buildings.
