摘　　要：我国建设工程造价咨询业务拓展,以一般咨询企业能达到的高端业务(建设工程全过程造价管理)为基准点,向尽职调查、项目监督、投资决策综合咨询、建设工程全过程咨询、运营阶段资产管理拓展。咨询工具由传统的计价软件和工程造价信息化管理系统向项目数据库、建筑信息模型(BIM)技术、物联网(IOT)技术扩充。在建设工程全过程,咨询企业有接受投资者、业主或卖方全部、部分、单一委托(工程造价咨询)开展咨询服务的三种战略选择。The development of construction project cost consulting business in our country takes the high-end business(construction project whole process cost management)that can be achieved by general consulting enterprises as the reference point,to due diligence,project supervision,comprehensive consultation of investment decision,whole process consultation of construction project,asset management in operation stage.The consulting tools extended from traditional valuation software and engineering cost informational management system to project database,building information model(BIM)technology and Internet of things(IOT)technology.In the whole process of construction project,consulting enterprises have three strategic choices to accept investors,owners or sellers,part,single entrustment(project cost consultation)to carry out consulting services.
