摘　　要：为了进一步推广建设工程档案“单套制”归档,在漳州高新区建设工程档案接收管理实践中进行经验总结,提出基于“单套制”的建设工程电子档案接收管理模式。为了更好地理解电子档案接收要求,文中对比了纸质档案和电子档案在档案接收过程中差异。提出建设工程电子档案在工程准备阶段、电子文件以及元数据收集、归档信息包以及移交与检测方面的技术要求,并在此基础上提出在线归档和建设工程全过程电子化归档的展望。In order to further promote the"single system"archiving of construction engineering archives,this paper summarizes the experience in the practice of archives receiving management of some construction projects in Zhangzhou High-tech Zone,and puts forward the"single system"based electronic archives receiving management model of construction projects.The differences between paper archives and electronic archives in the process of receiving archives are compared for better understanding of receiving electronic archives.What’s more,the technical requirements of electronic archives for construction projects are putted forward in the preparation stage,collection of electronic documents and metadata,archiving information packages,handover and detection.It puts forward the prospect of online archiving and electronic archiving in the whole process of construction projects on this basis.
