摘 要:高空的臭氧层可以吸收紫外线,成为地球的保护伞。近地面的臭氧是有机污染物、氮氧化合物与紫外线发生光学反应后产生的二次污染物,其氧化性较强,高浓度的近地层臭氧会对人类健康、动植物生长和生态环境带来严重的危害。据全国数据统计,当前颗粒物污染相对改善,但臭氧污染却仍然没有得到有效控制,臭氧污染已经成为当前最主要的污染物。The ozone layer at high altitude can absorb ultraviolet rays and become the umbrella of the earth.Ozone near the ground is a secondary pollutant produced by the organic pollutants,nitrogen oxides and ultraviolet rays.It is highly oxidizing.High concentrations of near-surface ozone will bring about human health,animal and plant growth and ecological environment.Serious harm.According to national statistics,the current particulate matter pollution has been relatively improved,but ozone pollution has still not been effectively controlled.Ozone pollution has become the most important pollutant at present.
