摘　　要：在分析当前我国发展的形式以及基本国情基础之上,2018年中央经济工作会议最大的亮点就是提出了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想,同时,还提出建设完善的环境执法监督体系,建立健全环境执法监督体系,坚持在党的领导下充分发挥环境执法监督体系在社会生产中的作用,这在某种程度上其直接影响着社会的生产发展以及未来发展方向。基于此,文章从多个角度与层面就完备的环境执法监督体系的内涵和意义进行深入分析。Based on the analysis of the current forms of development and basic national conditions in China,the biggest highlight of the 2018 Central Economic Work Conference is to put forward Xi Jinping's new era of socialist economic thought with Chinese characteristics.At the same time,it also proposes a sound environmental law enforcement supervision system.Establish and improve the environmental law enforcement supervision system,and adhere to the role of the environmental law enforcement supervision system in social production under the leadership of the party,which to a certain extent directly affects the social production development and future development direction.Based on this,the article analyzes the connotation and significance of the complete environmental law enforcement supervision system from multiple angles and levels.
