百克瑞对肠梗阻患者切口愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨纱布创面辅料-百克瑞对肠梗阻患者术后切口愈合的影响。方法选取2017年2月1日至2019年2月1日需手术治疗的90例肠梗阻患者为研究对象,采用抽签法将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组术后切口常规覆盖无菌辅料,观察组术后用百克瑞纱布覆盖切口。比较两组患者切口疼痛评分、切口愈合情况、切口分泌物细菌培养阳性率和切口裂开率。结果术后1、2、5 d,观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组切口愈合时间和拆线时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组切口分泌物细菌培养阳性率及切口裂开率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肠梗阻手术患者切口换药时应用百克瑞纱布,可以减少切口感染、裂开的发生,缩短切口愈合时间,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Baikerui, an adjuvant of gauze wound on the incision healing of patients with intestinal obstruction. Methods From February 1, 2017 to February 1, 2019, 90 patients with intestinal obstruction who needed operation were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots, with 45 cases in each group. In the control group, the incision was covered with sterile adjuvant, and in the observation group, the incision was covered with Baikerui gauze. The scores of incision pain, wound healing, bacterial culture positive rate of incision secretion and incision dehiscence rate were compared between the two groups. Results At 1, 2, 5 days after operation, the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The time of incision healing and thread removal in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The bacterial culture positive rate of incision secretion and the rate of incision dehiscence in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Baikerui gauze applied to the operation of intestinal obstruction can reduce the infection and dehiscence of the incision, shorten the healing time of the incision, which is worthy of clinical application.
