摘　　要：目的探讨体外冲击波疗法(ESWT)对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)合并腰椎小关节炎患者术后残存腰痛的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2016年1月至2019年1月收治的22例LDH合并腰椎小关节炎患者的临床资料。比较患者ESWT治疗前、后的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)。结果患者ESWT治疗4次后与治疗前比较,VAS与ODI评分均降低(P<0.05)。结论 ESWT对LDH合并腰椎小关节炎患者术后残存腰痛的临床效果显著,并可改善腰椎功能。Objective To explore the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy(ESWT) on the postoperative residual lumbago in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH) and lumbar facet arthritis. Methods The clinical data of 22 patients with LDH and lumbar facet arthritis from January 2016 to January 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. The pain visual analogue score(VAS) and Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI) were compared before and after ESWT treatment.Results After 4 times of ESWT treatment compared with before treatment, the scores of VAS and ODI were reduced(P <0.05). Conclusion ESWT on the postoperative residual lumbago in patients with LDH and lumbar facet arthritis has a significant clinical effect, and it can improve the lumbar function.
