低分子肝素配伍不同剂量阿司匹林在复发性流产患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析低分子肝素配伍不同剂量阿司匹林在复发性流产(RPL)患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的83例RPL患者为研究对象,随机将其分成A组(42例)和B组(41例)。A组皮下注射低分子肝素钠+75 mg阿司匹林,B组皮下注射低分子肝素钠+50 mg阿司匹林。比较两组的临床疗效、激素水平及不良反应发生情况。结果两组的临床治疗总有效率无显著差异(P>0.05);A组的痊愈率高于B组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的雌二醇、孕酮、血清绒毛膜促性腺激素水平显著高于治疗前(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论低分子肝素配伍不同剂量阿司匹林治疗RPL的效果可靠,但75 mg阿司匹林的痊愈率更高。Objective To analyze the application effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with different doses of aspirin in patients with recurrent pregnancy loss(RPL). Methods A total of 83 patients with RPL admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects. The patients were randomly divided into group A(42 cases) and group B(41 cases). The group A was subcutaneously injected with low molecular weight heparin sodium +75 mg aspirin while the group B was subcutaneously injected with low molecular weight heparin sodium+50 mg aspirin. The clinical efficacy, hormone levels and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of clinical treatment between the two groups(P>0.05);the recovery rate of the group A was higher than that of the group B(P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of estradiol, progesterone and serum chorionic gonadotropin in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin combined with different doses of aspirin in the treatment of RPL is effective, but 75 mg aspirin has a higher recovery rate.
