软耳膜材料鼻前庭部分封闭术治疗萎缩性鼻炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析软耳膜材料鼻前庭部分封闭术治疗萎缩性鼻炎的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的124例单侧萎缩性鼻炎患者为研究对象,依据治疗方法的异同将其分为常规组(59例,常规手术治疗)和软耳膜组(65例,软耳膜材料鼻前庭部分封闭术治疗)。比较两组患者的临床疗效、生活质量及焦虑情绪。结果软耳膜组的治疗总有效率为96.92%,明显高于常规组的83.05%(P<0.05)。治疗后,软耳膜组的GQOL-74及SAS评分均优于治疗前及常规组(P<0.05)。结论软耳膜材料鼻前庭部分封闭术治疗萎缩性鼻炎的临床效果显著,可提高患者的生活质量,改善其焦虑情绪。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of partial closure of nasal vestibule with soft eardrum material on atrophic rhinitis. Methods A total of 124 patients with unilateral atrophic rhinitis admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into conventional group(59 cases, conventional surgical treatment) and soft eardrum group(65 cases, partial closure of nasal vestibule with soft eardrum material treatment) according to the differences of treatment methods. The clinical effect, quality of life and anxiety of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the soft eardrum group was 96.92%, which was significantly higher than 83.05% in the conventional group(P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of GQOL-74 and SAS in the soft eardrum group were better than those before treatment and the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion Partial closure of nasal vestibule with soft eardrum material on atrophic rhinitis has remarkable clinical effect, it can improve the quality of life and anxiety of patients.
