固肾安胎丸联合地屈孕酮片治疗先兆流产的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨固肾安胎丸联合地屈孕酮片治疗先兆流产的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年4月我院收治的100例先兆流产患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各50例,对照组采用地屈孕酮片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用固肾安胎丸治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良妊娠结局总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的β-HCG及孕酮水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论固肾安胎丸联合地屈孕酮片治疗先兆流产的效果显著,可改善患者的妊娠结局,提高患者的血清性激素水平。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Gushen Antai pill combined with didroxyprogesterone tablets in the treatment of threatened abortion. Methods From January 2018 to April 2019, 100 patients with threatened abortion admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with didroxyprogesterone tablets, and the observation group was treated with Gushen Antai pill on the basis of the control group. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of β-HCG and progesterone in the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Gushen Antai pill combined with didroxyprogesterone tablets has a significant effect in the treatment of threatened abortion, which can improve the pregnancy outcome and the level of serum sex hormone.
