摘  要:目的:探讨孕妇课堂教育对社会因素剖宫产率的影响。方法:选取我院2018年3月至2019年3月产科接诊的孕妇300例进行研究,将其按照就诊时间的先后顺序平均分成实验组和对照组,每组各有150例。对照组孕妇未接受过孕妇教育但是自愿接受调查,研究组孕妇均参加孕妇课堂教育,对比两组产妇对剖宫产的认识情况和分娩结局。结果:研究组孕妇的认识正确率、阴道分娩率均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在医院开展孕妇课堂教育,能够让孕妇了解正确的分娩知识,重视阴道分娩的作用,对于降低剖宫产率有重要作用,值得进一步推广应用。Objective:To explore the influence of classroom education on the cesarean section rate of social factors.Methods:A total of 300 pregnant women who were admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology from March 2018 to March 2019 in our hospital were enrolled.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the order of the time of treatment.There were 10 cases in each group.Pregnant women in the control group did not receive education for pregnant women but volunteered to participate in the survey.Pregnant women in the study group participated in the classroom education of pregnant women,comparing the understanding of cesarean section and the outcome of delivery in the two groups.Results:The correct rate of understanding and vaginal delivery rate of pregnant women in the study group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The classroom education of pregnant women in the hospital can help pregnant women understand the correct knowledge of childbirth and pay attention to the role of vaginal delivery,which plays an important role in reducing the rate of cesarean section and is worthy of further promotion and application.
