摘　　要：目的:探讨脑脊液切口漏的治疗方法及效果.方法:回顾性分析2014年3月—2019年2月我科收治的53例颅脑术后及椎管内病变术后脑脊液切口漏患者的临床资料,其中15例采用手术修补治疗,10例采用腰大池置管脑脊液外引流治疗,20例采用切口脑脊液漏处皮肤缝合治疗,8例采用切口加压包扎治疗,比较不同方法的治疗效果.结果:15例采用手术修补治疗的均治愈,10例采用腰大池置管脑脊液外引流治疗的8例治愈,有2例再次行手术修补治愈,20例采用切口脑脊液漏处皮肤缝合治疗的19例治愈,有1例再次行手术修补治愈,8例采用切口加压包扎治疗的均治愈.结论:对于脑脊液切口漏,把握好适应症,尽早在直视下手术修补治疗,是治愈脑脊液切口漏的可靠方法.Objective To investigate the treatment methods and effects of cerebrospinal fluid incision leakage.Methods Clinical record data of 53 Patients with cerebrospinal fluid incision leakage after craniocerebral and spinal canal lesions in our hospital from march2014 to february 2019 were retrospectively analyzed and were compared the effect of the treatment.Among them,15 cases were treated with surgical repair,10 cases were treated with external drainage of cerebrospinal fluid by a large lumbar pool,20 cases were treated with skin sutures at the leakage of cerebrospinal fluid,and 8 cases were treated with incision compression dressing.Results All 15 cases were cured by surgical repair;In 10 cases,8 cases were cured by external drainage of cerebrospinal fluid,and 2 cases were repaired again;In 20 cases,19 cases were cured by skin suture in the leakage of cerebrospinal fluid,and 1 cases were repaired again;8 cases were treated by incision compression dressing.Conclusion For cerebrospinal fluid incision leakage,grasp the indications.It is a reliable method to cure cerebrospinal fluid incision leakage by using surgical repair treatment in direct view as early as possible.
