摘  要:为探究织物特性对内衣服装接触冷暖感的影响规律,选择11种常用的内衣服装面料作为研究载体,借助KES-F7型织物冷暖感测试仪和UT231型多路温湿度计等设备,并结合织物接触冷暖感主观量表评价方法,详细探讨了纤维种类、织物密度、织物厚度对内衣服装接触冷暖感的影响趋势,并对其结果进行了解释。结果表明:织物接触冷暖感与纤维种类、织物表面的光滑程度、织物密度、厚度均存在一定的关系。具体来说,织物表面越光滑,织物的接触冷感越强,反之,织物表面越粗糙,织物的接触冷感越弱。织物的接触冷暖感与织物面密度、厚度呈显著正相关关系,即面密度越大、织物越厚,织物接触暖感越强。研究结论既可为设计师设计内衣时选择合适的面料提供参考,也可为消费者购买合适的内衣产品提供指导。In order to investigate the influence of fabric characteristics on the warm-cold feeling of underwear clothing,11 commonly used fabrics for underwear clothing were selected as research sample.The influence of fiber type,latitude and longitude density and fabric thickness on the instantaneous warm-cold feeling of clothing were discussed in detail with the help of physical experiments such as KES-F7 fabric cold and warm sensor and UT231 multi-way temperature and humidity meter.And the mechanism was explained.The results showed that the instantaneous warm-cold feeling of clothing had certain dependence on the type of fiber,the smoothness of fabric surface,the fabric density,and thickness and moisture content.Specifically,the smoother the fabric surface is,the stronger the cold sense will be when the fabric was touched.On the contrary,the rougher the fabric surface is,the weaker the cold sense will be when the fabric was touched.The relationship between the contact temperature and the surface density and thickness of fabric was negative.The warm feeling of clothing increased with the increase of thick of the fabric.The conclusion of the study provided a reference for designers in the selection of clothing fabrics,and also provided some guidance for consumers when purchasing underwears.
