摘 要:离心力夹紧车床专用夹具是一种能够自动夹紧的工艺装备。从柴油机气门摇臂的结构入手,提出了离心力夹紧车床专用夹具的总体方案,对夹具零部件进行了结构设计,利用虚拟装配技术制作了该夹具的虚拟样机,对夹紧过程中各零件的动作进行了运动仿真,检验了碰撞与干涉。该方案缩短了产品的研发周期,降低了生产成本,对夹具的设计与开发有借鉴意义。Centrifugal force clamping lathe fixture is an essential technological equipment which can automatically clamp the parts.In this paper,starting from the structural analysis of the rocker arm for diesel engine valve,a general planning of the centrifugal force clamping lathe fixture is put forward,the structure of every part is designed,and the Virtual Assembly technology is utilized to make a virtual prototype of the fixture,conducting the motion simulation for each part in the clamping process,and testing the collision and interference in assembling process.By the method,the design cost was reduced and product cycle was shortened,which is significant to the jig design and development.
