摘 要:通过数值模拟和试验研究相结合的方法研究工件厚度对内螺纹冷挤压成型的影响规律,具体分析了不同工件厚度下内螺纹的牙形特征和牙高率。结果表明:在牙高率达到75%~78%前,随着工件厚度增加,牙高增加显著,但牙顶严重缺料,螺纹连接强度不达标;当内螺纹牙高率达到85%~87%,随着工件厚度增加,牙高增加显著但趋势放缓,缺料现象减轻,螺纹连接可靠;当内螺纹牙高率达98%~99%,工件厚度的增加对牙形牙高率的影响不大,牙顶缺料现象几乎消失。最终确定加工直径为Φ34 mm的工件毛坯厚度范围为6.35 mm^6.375 mm;此外,所建内螺纹冷挤压有限元模型可用于快速预测工件的毛坯尺寸,缩短产品开发周期、节约试验成本。In this paper,the influence of workpiece thickness on cold extrusion forming of internal thread is studied by numerical simulation and experimental research.The influence of workpiece thickness on cold extrusion of internal thread was studied by numerical simulation and experimental research.The threadprofile feature and percentage of thread of internal thread under different workpiece thickness were analyzed.The results show that before the percentage of thread reaches 75%~78%,the height increases significantly with the increase of the thickness of the workpiece,but the crest is seriously lacking,and the thread connection strength is not up to standard;when the percentage of internal thread reaches 85%~87%,the tooth height increases significantly but the trend slows down,the material shortage phenomenon is reduced,and the thread connection is reliable;when the percentage of internal thread is 98%~99%,the increase of the workpiece thickness has little effect on the threadprofile and the percentage of thread,and the tooth tip shortage phenomenon almost disappears.Finally,the thickness of the workpiece blank with a processing diameter ofΦ34 mm is determined to be in the range of 6.35 mm to 6.375 mm.In addition,the internal thread cold extrusion finite element model can be used to quickly predict the blank size of the workpiece,shorten the product development cycle,and save test costs.
