摘  要:将跟踪式集热器与网络智能控制技术有机结合,设计了一种应用广泛的智能太阳能热水系统,以解决太阳能热水系统存在的集热效率与智能化水平较低的问题。该系统的机械部分采用单轴太阳跟踪装置;集热阵列控制器核心由单片机组成,通过角度传感器的反馈信号构成闭环控制,以提高其运行精度;中央总控由嵌入式系统组成,负责整个太阳能热水系统的运行监控与智能管理,并提供网络接口功能,使用户可以通过计算机网络实现远程监控。实验表明:设计的智能热水器系统具有太阳跟踪、远程管理与无人值守全自动运行功能,与传统热水器相比能量的接收率得到有效提高。The tracking collector is combined with the network intelligent control technology to design a widely used intelligent solar water heating system to solve the problem of low heat collection efficiency and intelligent level of the solar water heating system.The mechanical part of the system is designed by single-axis sun tracking device.The core of the heat collecting array controller is composed of a single chip microcomputer,and the closed loop control is formed by the feedback signal of the angle sensor to improve the running precision.The central control is composed of embedded systems,which is responsible for the operation monitoring and intelligent management of the entire solar water heating system,and provides network interface functions.Users can realize remote monitoring through computer networks.Experiments show that the designed smart water heater system has the functions of sun tracking,remote management and unattended automatic operation,and the energy receiving rate is effectively improved compared with the traditional water heater.
